Vodacom launches BoardPAC meeting & paperless solution

Vodacom Business has announced the launch of the BoardPAC Platform and Application. This is a Digital board meeting automated solution which is now available for download on the network operator’s Cloud Marketplace.

BoardPAC is a tool designed for board directors and executives to access the board and committee papers and supplementary information directly on their iPad device. Through this solution, Vodacom is looking to encourage collaborative functionality between users, enabling quick decision-making through a collaborative approach.

It will enable enterprises to benefit from a digitised work environment, coupled with board member intellectual security. The solution brings with it the most stringent security and confidentiality standards, trusted by banks and high-security organisations across the world.

The partnership between the automation software and Vodacom Business allows members to access a range of cloud storage options, supported by unlimited 24/7 support and training, as well as the highest data security management.

The digital solution is available on the Vodacom network, with customers having the option to purchase the app on Vodacom’s marketplace the mobile network operator’s cloud-based app store.
